In 2014, when we were opening our pool we had a liner issue that needed to be addressed.  We had contacted several pool companies, many who are well advertised.  Some companies sent out someone to quote the job, yet did not forward the quote once they "worked on it".  Others didn't even bother sending anyone.  We were surprised and shocked at the lack of customer service.  
Through a friend we were given a business card for Your Pool Guy.  At first, we were a bit reluctant, but Ed was pleasant on the phone and agreed to come and take a look at the issue.  From the get go, Ed showed his knowledge of pool installation and repair.  He presented a few options as to how to deal with the issue.  After agreeing on how we would proceed, he quickly outlined how the project would have to come together and provided us with a quote and timeline.  All of which came together with no surprises.

Ed and his crew were very easy to work with, even when we changed a few things while the project was underway.  Ed even made an emergency visit just as the concrete truck was coming to repair an issue I had caused with the coping - thanks for your patience Ed.
